How we Care for African Print Fabrics
Machine Wash:
1. Ideally, turn the garment(s) inside out when washing
2. Machine wash cold with similar colours
3. Use mild washing powder
4. Use gentle setting such as ‘hand wash’ or ‘delicate wash’ cycle
5. Avoid the spin cycle
Hand Wash
1. Hand wash with cold water and mild soap/ bar soap
2. Hang to dry inside/out and not under direct sunlight
3. Iron on the wrong side using the setting for cotton, or use cooler settings
